I am currently working under supervision of Prof. D. Louis Collins in the Neuro Imaging and Surgical Technologies (NIST) Laboratory. I am involved in a several large-scale projects studying morphological changes in the brain associated with development of different diseases such as Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer Dimensia and also Autism. Previously I was involved in the MRI Study of Normal Brain Development, otherwise known as the NIHPD project. Separately from that I am currently doing development of basic image processing tools widely used in medical imaging, the software is available at github: https://github.com/BIC-MNI

Before I came to work at McGill University I was working in Innovative Scientific Solutions Inc. Dayton, OH in the field of optical measurements. I completed my Ph.D. thesis in Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh UK. The title of my thesis was “Development and Analysis of Data Processing Methods Applied to Luminescent Coating Systems in Aerodynamics”
